Tourism Jobs Bank

In 2021/2022, Great Ocean Road Regional Tourism and Tourism Greater Geelong and the Bellarine received funding to undertake a Tourism Jobs Bank trial. The pilot program involved a coordinated, professional recruitment program to help hospitality businesses attract and retain staff.

Intrinsic Scope (Tamara Boyd) in partnership with Kismet Forward (Jen) developed and implemented an evaluation program to measure the effectiveness of the program. The evaluation involved collecting baseline information and interviews, surveys and focus groups involving employees, employers and other regional stakeholders. Kylie Cirak (Tiger Grace Consulting) assisted in the final evaluation.
