Organisational Development

In 2011 Jen was commissioned to assist working groups to develop new regional structures for the then Department of Sustainability and Environment (DSE).

This followed a decision to restructure DSE in order to create regions that would better strengthen its capacity to plan for and respond to regional challenges and opportunities. The key structural principles are still in place in today’s the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning.
