WestVic Dairy Strategic Plan 2023-2026

WestVic Dairy is a regional team set up by Dairy Australia in the 1990s to deliver dairy extension activities and programs. It is guided by a 3-year strategic plan, which was developed during a workshop involving the WestVic Dairy Board, staff and stakeholders. Jen designed and facilitated the day and produced a report that could be directly inserted into the new Strategic Plan.
