Facilitation and establishment of Council advisory committees

Wyndham City has a range of community-based portfolio advisory committees that provide important input into Council decisions and strategies.

In 2022, Jen facilitated inaugural meetings of the Learning City, Creative City and Climate Futures and Environment advisory committees. The purpose of each session was to induct Committee members, reconcile members’ expectations with the committee’s role and purpose, and discuss how they would work together to enable each committee to fulfil its purpose. Participant evaluation in each case rated the sessions 9 out of 10.
