Community Input into Future Use of Yarrawonga Town Hall

Yarrawonga Town Hall is a much-loved community asset with a rich history of community use including debutante balls, local theatre, dance, fetes and school productions. The adjacent community hall was demolished to make way for a new library precinct and the heritage-listed Town Hall has been closed for several years. In 2023/24, Jen Lilburn and and local colleague Kylie Cirak (Tiger Grace Consulting) assisted Moira Shire engage with community members about the future uses and users of the Town Hall. Their work included recruiting and facilitating an Advisory Group, as well as broader community engagement opportunities.
