Engagement Strategy

Jen was commissioned by North Central Catchment Management Authority in 2016 to review its Community Engagement Strategy, develop a stakeholder analysis framework, and write a new Strategy to guide the manner in which the CMA works with its community and agency stakeholders.
The process was an inclusive one, with staff providing significant input throughout each of the above project stages.
