In 2023 Jen returned to facilitate a planning workshop of Barwon Alliance Partners to to develop the 2023-26 Barwon Child and Family Services Alliance Plan goals, indicators and actions.
In 2021 Jen was asked to plan and facilitate the 2021-2024 alliance planning process for the South West Child and Family Services Alliance and used the workshop outputs to write the Alliance Plan.
In 2023, Jen facilitated and reported on a workshop involving Barwon Child and Family Services members to develop the Terms of Reference for a Panel to consider high risk, complex cases. The Panel was being set up to identify alternative pathways – and therefore break the cycle – for families who continually re-present to the Alliance member services.
